Dong Yang (董阳), an acclaimed picture book author and recipient of the Bologna 2022 Illustration Award, is an accomplished figure in the field. Currently serving as a senior lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts in the UK, she imparts her expertise to aspiring illustrators pursuing their MA in illustration. In 2021, she successfully completed her PhD in children's book design under the guidance of Professor Martin Salisbury. Her English picture book, 'Mine!',
has been published in the UK and translated into numerous languages, garnering international recognition.
